Title:  Improving quality of life
Description:  This year I decided to take my health into my own hands. I have joined a gym, started drinking primarily water, counting calories, reading labels, and have been making small lifestyle changes. In two months I have lost 29 pounds and feel so much better about myself. I hope to continue my journey to lead a healthier lifestyle and hopefully cut out my prescription medications.
