Submissions in the Underground Printing $250 Gift Card Giveaway begins Thursday, March 18, 2010, and ends noon Wednesday, March 31, 2010. One entry per person.
The voting period for entries is Thursday, April 1, through noon Thursday, April 15, 2010. Voters must register to be eligible to cast one vote per day per IP address during the voting period. No purchase necessary.
The prize: One $250 Gift Card from Underground Printing.
By entering, you confirm and represent that you have read the rules and that you meet the age eligibility requirement of 18 years of age or older. You waive any potential legal claims, hold harmless and will not attempt to hold the Herald-Leader, Kentucky.com and Underground Printing, their employees, agents and assigns liable.
Employees of the Herald-Leader, Kentucky.com, Underground Printing, their distributors, contractors, agents, immediate families and household members are ineligible. Winner will be selected by a random drawing and notified by phone. Winner will be the entrant reached in person by a Herald-Leader employee. Assumed notification by caller ID and any subsequent returned calls do not constitute a winner.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. No substitutions for prize.
By entering, you allow Herald-Leader and Kentucky.com to use your name and address for marketing purposes, and the winner grants Kentucky.com and the Herald-Leader the right to use their names and/or likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation.

Winner may be required to sign a statement of eligibility and a liability release prior to receiving prizes.
