The Get Health Giveaway begins Tuesday, May 11, 2010, and ends noon Monday, May 31, 2010. In 25 words or less, tell us how you are improving your health and submit a photo of yourself. One entry per person, please. No purchase necessary.

By entering you confirm and represent that you meet the age eligibility requirement of 18 years of age or older. You waive any potential legal claims, hold harmless and will not attempt to hold Kentucky.com and the Lexington Herald-Leader, their employees, agents and assigns liable.
Employees of the Herald-Leader and Kentucky.com, their distributors, contractors, agents, immediate families and household members are ineligible. Winner will be selected by a random drawing and notified by phone. Winner will be entrant reached in person by a Herald-Leader employee. Assumed notification by caller ID and any subsequent returned calls do not constitute a winner.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. No substitutions for prize.
By entering, you allow the Herald-Leader to use your name and address for marketing purposes, and the winner grants the Herald-Leader the right to use their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
